After years of working with Small Businesses, General Contractors & Sub Contractors using several types of accounting software Winnie & Ed Jones, founders of Pawnee Bookkeeping settled on exclusively using Intuits QuickBooks Pro in 1997.

We have grown with Intuit by becoming Pro Advisors when Intuit started the Advisor program in 1999, later we became Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisors and are pleased to announce that we have continued to grow with Intuit by qualifying as Advanced Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisors.

By using one accounting product we are able to give professional and personal attention to each of our clients to help them understand how easy it is to run their business using QuickBooks.

Being a family owned small business we understand the needs of our client’s to save time and money. We enjoy finding the right solution for each client by being as involved as they need us to be.

In some cases this means we take over the day to day bookkeeping & payroll completely.

However we encourage our clients to let us teach them how to run the program themselves with the understanding that should they need help we will be there.

After teaching a client how to run QuickBooks we may only see them at the end of their fiscal year as they are preparing to take their files to their CPA.

Some clients stop by each quarter for help with their payroll reports and Profit & Loss Statements and Balance Sheets & Budgets.

While other clients like to use us each month to reconcile their bank statements as a “check and balance” for their company. We do our best to accommodate each clients needs.

To give business owners and their employees a better understanding of working with QuickBooks we hold "In House" Private Seminars at our office in Lodi, Ca throughout the year in addition to offering Group seminars at different times of the year.
